  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operationsSupport for newcomers and refugees
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognitionSupport for youths
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youthSupport for Indigenous people
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Supports for visible minorities
