**Description**:
Objective of this role:

- answering questions responding to requests with vendors, field crew and the office team
- Maintain AP workflow, analyzing and coordinate with internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Coordinate travel arrangements-international and national
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide front desk coverage by greeting guests as they visit, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments.
- Organize and maintain a clean office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the team, assist with new hire paperwork, payments, and timely submission of AP
- Assist/ follow up with payroll submission.
- Maintain database
- vendor list. Order and oversee office supplies and update inventory list.
- Plan, organize, and schedule lunch in meetings in the office, off-site. Share ideas, organize, and assist with office events.
- 5+ years of previous administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems related to the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized
