Job Description:

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 2pm to 10.30pm

Work Location: 7207 Henri-Bourassa West, St-Laurent, Quebec

Salary: $16.50 per hour + shift premium


  • Data entry of all shipment details into in-house database
  • Create of House Bills & Master Bills
  • Coordinate and track shipments including booking, picking and delivery of goods, tracking transportation, documentation, insurance and accounting.
  • Advise customers on air and road transport procedures, international regulations.
  • Obtain and produce all relevant information (overseas, consulates, government agencies, etc.).
  • Organize transportation and documentation with carriers.
  • Produce accurate information and documentation on time.
  • Up to and including compliance measures set forth by CBSA and Transport Canada
  • Ensure all files are closed within the time frame established by the company

  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi des expéditions incluant réservation, cueillette et livraison de marchandises, suivi du transport, documentation, assurance et comptabilité.
  • Conseiller les clients sur les procédures de transport export aérien et routier, les règlements internationaux.
  • Obtenir et produire toute l'information pertinente (outre-mer, consulats, agences gouvernementales, etc.
  • Organiser le transport et la documentation avec les transporteurs.
  • Produire une information exacte et la documentation à temps.
  • Connaître les mesures de conformité établies par l'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) et Transports Canada
  • Saisie des données dans la base de données interne de tous les détails d’envois
  • Création des connaissements maritime avec le transitaire et la ligne aérienne
  • S'assurer que tous les dossiers sont fermés à l'intérieur des délais établis par l’entreprise.
