About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at Caravel Law. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform our sales strategy and approach.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to our leadership team, and work closely with them to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in selling to C-level executives and/or legal departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
