Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with a dedicated team to design impactful campaign briefs, execute influencer partnerships with precision, and analyze campaign outcomes for continuous improvement. What you'll be expected to do:

  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of influencer marketing strategies by providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to shape campaign briefs, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns with precision, leveraging the latest tools and platforms for optimal results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients, influencers, and internal teams, fostering harmonious partnerships and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist in end-to-end communication during campaigns, ensuring alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
  • Contribute to the creation of visual mood boards and content guidelines that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Contribute to the expansion and curation of the influencer database, nurturing valuable partnerships within the North American market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sharing relevant insights with the team, and keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years direct experience in Influencer Marketing from the PGC, beauty, or lifestyle industries, gained within the brand or agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns from inception to conclusion.
  • Comprehensive understanding of metrics and KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, well-versed in current creator and influencer trends across the Canadian and North American landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client and influencer communications effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth within the PR and influencer marketing fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, offering support to team members as needed.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that merges creativity with meticulous organizational and technical skills.
