About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Influencer Strategy & Operations. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our influencer marketing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
  • Manage and optimize budgets, forecasts, and financials to ensure business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including content amplification and performance-based partnerships.
  • Experience leveraging end-to-end influencer marketing platforms to build scalable processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
