Bellesa Boutique is seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our influencer marketing strategies, expanding brand presence, and driving conversion across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and execute campaigns from start to finish, including negotiation with influencers/agencies/managers, creative development, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, brand-appropriate content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to marketing in the adult toy industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media management, or b2b sales, preferably in the lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or adult industries.
  • Proven experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain positive relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
