Branch Operations Assistant

We are seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to join our team in Oakville. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide superior service and administrative support to clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process branch cash transactions, including cheques, EFTs, and securities
- Prepare, print, and review branch and cage reports
- Manage filing for branch operations reports and documents
- Account opening approvals and reception duties
- Assist with ordering office supplies, scheduling boardroom meetings, and supporting branch management
Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A professional approach to all situations
