About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Stephenson's Rental Services Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our store branch location, delivering exceptional service to all customers, and leading a team of staff to maximize revenue and control costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and budget targets
  • Manage inventory control, pricing, and product placement to maximize revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a Management or Leadership role, preferably within equipment rental, construction, home improvement, or related industries
  • MS Office Suite experience and advanced computer literacy
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, decision making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
