Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our store branch location and drive exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, maximizing revenue, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and budget targets
  • Analyze and report on business performance using tools and metrics
  • Manage inventory control documents and maintain the integrity of the Rental Management system
  • Drive revenues and control costs while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Hire, train, and develop staff, providing coaching to deliver optimum performance
  • Lead staff development activities and succession planning
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication to all stakeholders
  • Monitor disputes, billing, and compliance with policies and legislation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a Management or Leadership role
  • MS Office Suite experience and advanced computer literacy
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, decision making, and problem-solving skills
