About the role

As a growth marketing senior advisor, your mandate will be focused on delivering profitable growth for Intact insurance.

Your role will be diverse and fulfilling, as you'll have the chance to impact strategy, build diverse projects and identify mandates that will foster growth and generate direct, impactful business results.

You will interact with a variety of internal stakeholders, in multidisciplinary forums, advancing marketing leadership with many other marketing experts.

  • Provide annual quotes and sales forecasting and lead cross-channel monthly reforecasting for Intact insurance.
  • Manage budget forecasts, project plans and timeline. Proactively notify internal stakeholders of any change in plan or business results.
  • Monitor expenses and performance, communicate monthly highlights and trends, and present opportunities to achieve growth objectives.
  • Proactively communicate progress on projects and accomplishments, demonstrate how business goals were achieved or why not and how to reverse a negative trend.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the brand needs & priorities as well as the industry and competitive environment. List existing opportunities & threats and make recommendations.
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with internal stakeholders including with marketing teams, marketing VPs, Intact Lab, Data Lab, operations, sales and actuarial teams.
  • Establish and document clear processes to help improve team productivity, move projects forward and facilitate collaboration.
  • Represent the marketing team in strategic business meetings, prepare presentations when necessary. Communicate relevant information afterwards to team members.
  • Play an active role in our digital transformation roadmap by collaborating on strategy and implementation of innovative approaches in digital, data and technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry development providing sound recommendations on best practices, emerging trends, vendors and by educating stakeholders around the digital space.

You are...

  • In possession of an Bachelor degree in e-commerce, marketing, administration or equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing including 3+ years of Account and Budget Management.
  • You have experience in sales forecasting
  • You have a superior understanding of online strategies, digital marketing channels and platforms.
  • You have a strong business acumen and proven ability to analyze and translate marketing performance into business recommendations.
  • Proven capacity of developing and implementing successful strategic and tactical recommendations for different business needs and business models.
  • You have a strong ability to communicate and influence both an audience of peers and of senior decision markers - written, verbal, presentation.
  • Exceptional at building and delivering strategic presentations for Executives.
  • Well organized and excellent at project management, you easily handle situations with multiple stakeholders, and can manage tight deadlines.
  • You have a solutions-driven open-minded mindset who instinctively look to challenge status-quo, and to innovate in a collaborative way.
  • You are known for your positive attitude.
  • You love working in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, and some knowledge of PowerBI and Power Query
  • Functional knowledge of media and analytical platforms such as: Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, adservers, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, knowledge of MMM models.
  • "For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country"".
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
