About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Advisor Financial Markets to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our financial markets operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Financial Markets audit team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality audit work.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks in our financial markets operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our financial markets processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial markets risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, regulators, and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial markets risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering high-quality audit work.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
