About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our investment solutions team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our financial advisors and clients on investment portfolio management and wealth creation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our financial advisors to provide expert investment advice and guidance on portfolio management and wealth creation strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to our financial advisors on investment product selection, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with our investment research team to stay up-to-date on market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, investment recommendations, and portfolio performance.
  • Participate in regular meetings with our investment committee to discuss market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, business, economics) and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CIM are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial advisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed investment recommendations.
