Our client,in the construction field, is looking to hire a top administrative coordnator to join a dynamic, efficient and competent team in Lasalle.


This Canadian company specializes in the manufacturing and installation of stage lifting equipment for performance halls, theaters, schools, universities, television studios and more.

Their mission is to provide specialized services well suited to the specific needs of each of their clients.

As an administrative Coordinator, here is an overview of the benefits offered:

Full time, permanent opportunity.

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible working hours)

Location:
City of LaSalle, Qc

Working mode: 4 days in the office - 1 day from home

Salary:
$60,000 to $70,000 - negotiable depending on experience
Vacation: 3 weeks (one week of holiday season and 2 weeks of construction)

Responsibilities
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of invoicing;
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts;
  • Administrative tasks and provide support to project managers, engineers and managers;
  • Documentation regarding public tender submissions
  • 70% of responsibilities will be administrative tasks, such as coordinating employee travel;
  • Order and organize equipment as needed;
  • Classify and label files
- other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications
What you need to have to be considered for this role:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Master French and English orally and in writing.
  • Know and master Microsoft Word, Excel ;
  • Experience in an SME in the construction and performing arts industry;
  • Able to multitask;
  • Able to prioritize;
