About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Graham, you will:

  • Collaborate with Preconstruction in preparing, revising, and monitoring information on project budgets.
  • Manage subcontracting, including scope review meetings and subcontract distribution.
  • Determine project deliverables and hire personnel and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project operations and escalate issues when needed.
  • Control project timeframes, schedules, and milestone dates.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and project personnel.
  • Monitor change management processes and negotiate change orders.
  • Establish project teams, define roles, and facilitate team meetings.
  • Ensure proper project planning, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and management.
  • Review contract documents and communicate objectives to team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6-15 years of construction project management experience.
  • Technical proficiency in project KPIs, Estimating, Field Management, and Project Management.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
