About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Comfort Home Solution Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all agreements are fair, transparent, and compliant with company policies.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure that all project-related information is shared in a timely and transparent manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
