Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at StandardAero. This role will be responsible for supporting the Airlines & Fleets Sales, Marketing and Customers team, as well as other supporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the overall strategy and execution for the A&F division's utilization of Salesforce, including coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across the organization.
  • Database Management: Plan and maintain the currency of the database, coordinating with the company's specialist IT division and third-party vendors as required.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to users on the Salesforce platform, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Support the development and implementation of key projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a related 4-year post-secondary education (i.e. Bachelor's degree) or 5 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience with sales/marketing computer information systems, including Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Skills: Strong aptitudes in attention to detail, analytical thinking, business acumen, and project management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Industry-related experience preferred, with knowledge of gas turbine engines an asset.
