Job Title: Sales Operations Leader - TPAF

Job Description:

StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets team is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Operations Leader - TPAF to drive the successful operation of the front end of division's business.

This role will play a key part in supporting the StandardAero Airlines & Fleets Sales, Marketing & Customers team, focusing on customer relationship management, sales tracking, and operations planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • CRM Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for the Airlines & Fleets division, utilizing Salesforce to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce systems across the organization, capturing all required information and integrating successfully with associated IT systems.
    • Provide regular reports to enable leadership and facilities management to accurately track captured sales and customer demand versus induction capacity.
    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, scrubbing data as required and policing prescribed menu item lists to ensure ease of use.
    • Support user requests for data, such as targeted marketing campaigns and strategic planning purposes.
    • Plan for and maintain the currency of the database, coordinating with the company's specialist IT division and third-party vendors as required.
    • Coordinate with other divisions and corporate leadership to ensure StandardAero secures the best value for its investment in the Salesforce platform.
  • Sales Operations:

    • Track and report regularly on sales/tender leads/prospects, ensuring opportunities to submit quotes for contract bids are acted upon.
    • Provide forecasts to relevant personnel of customers' work on an ongoing basis.
    • Develop regular market share analysis for all product lines at the global, area, and regional level.
    • Own the "Bidcom Process" between Sales, Customer Programs, and Legal to ensure prioritization and execution of long-term programs opportunities.

**Position Requirements:**

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role, with delivered and sustainable results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, ideally IT-related. Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is an asset, but not required.

**Reporting:**

  • The position reports to the Vice President - Marketing, within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
