Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce across our organization, ensuring seamless data capture and reporting.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market share analysis to inform business decisions.
- Own the bid process, ensuring timely and effective execution of long-term programs opportunities.
- Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of our business model.
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, with administrative-level usage.
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
The Sales Operations Leader will report to the Vice President - Marketing, within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
