We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Director to join our Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team at StandardAero. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency through effective CRM strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce across the organization, ensuring seamless data capture and reporting.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market share analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to prioritize and execute long-term programs opportunities.
  • Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role, with delivered and sustainable results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
