Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for our Airlines & Fleets division, utilizing Salesforce to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Sales Operations: Track and report on sales leads, prospects, and opportunities, ensuring timely submission of quotes for contract bids.
  • Sales Forecasts: Provide regular sales forecasts to relevant personnel, ensuring accurate predictions of customer work.
  • Market Share Analysis: Develop and maintain market share analysis for all product lines at the global, area, and regional levels.
  • Contracts Pipeline: Oversee the "Bidcom Process" between Sales, Customer Programs, and Legal to ensure prioritization and execution of long-term program opportunities.
  • Sales Compensation: Support the development and administration of the annual sales compensation process, utilizing metrics from Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant sales operation/CRM role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the success of the total business model.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce, preferably including administrative-level usage.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in customer engagement and/or support.
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization.
Reporting

This role reports to the Vice President – Marketing within StandardAero's Airlines & Fleets Sales and Marketing team.
