Support Salesforce Analyst for Airlines & Fleets Division

Support the Airlines & Fleets (A&F) Sales, Marketing and Customers team, plus supporting functions, by managing the Salesforce CRM database for the A&F division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce architecture across the organization.
  • Plan and maintain the currency of the database, coordinating with IT specialists and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate with other divisions and corporate leadership to secure best value for money relating to Salesforce investment.
  • Maintain data accuracy, scrubbing data as required and policing menu item lists.
  • Support user requests for data, such as targeted marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Develop user dashboards with the St. John's IT team.
  • Provide regular reports to track sales and customer demand.
  • Plan and facilitate user training.
  • Create process documentation to facilitate process adoption.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media marketing.
  • Support sales forecasting and sales agreements generation, execution, and tracking.
  • Support Inside Sales & Bid Development teams with key pursuits & scheduling.
  • Link with internal support departments as necessary.
  • Assist with annual expense budgeting processes.
  • Support key projects / initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Completion of related 4-year post-secondary education or 5 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Experience with sales/marketing computer information systems, including Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Aptitude for Dashboard creation, key performance indicators, and visual representations of metrics.
  • Intermediate or advanced power user of MS Office Suite, focusing on MS Excel.
  • Possesses strong aptitudes in the areas of attention to detail, analytical thinking, business acumen, and project management.
  • Experience working with a team of professionals, including remote / international.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Industry-related experience preferred.
