As a Modern Workplace Senior Analyst for Workplace Platform Support, you will be involved in supporting and managing a M365 environment on a large-scale Public-Sector organization. Together we do what matters.

This includes:

Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and related applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions.

Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Reviewing and categorizing incoming support tickets escalating more complex issues to higher levels.

Directly interacting with end-users to resolve common technical problems.

Performing new setup and configuration of new systems or applications.

Updating the knowledge base with new solutions and procedures related to upgrades and enhancements.

About you:

  • Experience in M365 transformations including M365, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Experience with Level 1 support, addressing and troubleshooting straightforward issues.
  • Experience with end-users to resolve technical problems.
  • Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with offshore teams and delivery
  • Consultative, collaborative, and a relationship builder
