Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fortinet Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical knowledge to support, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our clients' most advanced technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain our clients' Fortinet network products, including consulting and delivering complex cloud solutions, monitoring network security, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Work closely with our team to implement solutions for our small to mid-sized clients, ensuring the smooth operation and support of Fortinet products.
  • Test and verify new features and updates, and provide internal training and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage, secure, and monitor SMB client TCP/IP networks, ensuring the ongoing improvement and implementation of Cyber Security best practices and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our clients, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, PowerShell, Office 365, and Networking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a technical support or consulting environment.
  • Practical experience with controls and risk management procedures, including Cyber Security controls and Servers.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to all levels of staff across the organization and with clients.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills, with a can-do attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of technologies including Microsoft Azure, M365, Cyber Security controls, and Servers.
  • Previous experience in a consulting environment is a huge asset.
  • 5+ years of L3 work experience with Fortinet Products, specifically Fortigate, FortiAP's, and FortiSwitches.
  • Work experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and above.
  • Office 365 experience.
