**Director of Construction**

As the cornerstone of our client's construction department, you will drive strategic direction and oversee the successful execution of complex projects from inception to completion. This role demands a visionary leader who excels in managing large-scale projects while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Project Leadership and Execution**: Direct all phases of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• **Strategic Direction and Innovation**: Collaborate with the leadership team to implement innovative construction strategies that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and project outcomes.
• **Team Development**: Build and lead a high-performing construction team through mentorship, training, and leadership.
• **Stakeholder Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
• **Quality Control and Safety**: Implement comprehensive quality control and safety programs, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.
• **Financial Oversight**: Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
• **Operational Excellence**: Continuously improve construction processes and techniques to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project delivery.
