As a Construction General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, from planning to execution. You will lead a team of professionals and be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish financial and administrative controls
* Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
* Approve overall human resources planning
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
* Project management
* Estimate costs
* Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including contractors
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years or more of experience in construction management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
* MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Autodesk 3ds Max, and V-Ray skills
