Job Title: Director, Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Construction to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction-related activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $210,000, depending on experience.
