We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director - Construction to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources, including materials, human resources, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating a positive work environment.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
