  • Develop the next generation of pastry chefs in the industry by identifying and mentoring those with the highest potential, and relocating any chefs in the pastry section lacking passion for their craft.
  • Focus on the quality of the food produced, without being restricted by cost, in the pursuit of novel and inventive products.
  • Create elaborate showpiece presentations for special events like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and buffet displays.
  • Act as a culinary representative for Minor Hotels, contributing to new openings and special projects.

Qualifications


Key requirements:

  • An advanced degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing operations at a large-scale bakery facility, specializing in cake decoration, pastry production, food service management, and inventory supervision.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
