Position Overview

As a Baker at PG Ventures Inc., you will play a crucial role in our culinary operations, specializing in the preparation of various baked goods.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for a variety of products including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following specific recipes or custom orders.
  • Order and manage the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Bake a range of mixed doughs and batters to perfection.
  • Ensure that all baked products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Physically demanding role requiring stamina.
  • Extended periods of standing are necessary.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
