We are looking for a digital marketing & e-commerce analyst to join Danone Canada's media, digital, and e-commerce team. This position can be based at our Boucherville office or our Toronto office.

As part of this role, you will assume the following responsibilities:

Mission:As a digital marketing & e-commerce analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns and digital ecosystems for Danone Canada. You play a key role in defining Danone's long-term digital and e-commerce vision (action plan, partners, configuration).

Specifically:

  • Digital Activations and Social Media:You will execute digital campaigns and strategies on social media for Danone brands.
  • SEO/SEM Strategies:You will be an expert in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), collaborating with our strategic partners and online clients.
  • Website Monitoring:You will monitor developments and updates on various websites and partner sites, working closely with internal teams.
  • Marketing Content Updates:You will update marketing content on Danone's platforms and partner sites.
  • Relationship Management:You will handle relationships with our digital agencies and key accounts.
  • Consultation and Education:You will advise brand managers and share best practices with teams.
  • Results Analysis:You will communicate activity results through studies and performance reports.
  • Budget Management:You will oversee the annual budget related to digital and e-commerce activities.
  • Competitive Monitoring:You will track competitors' actions in the market.

    About you

    The ideal candidate

    • Bachelor's Degree:A degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
    • Experience:1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
    • Bilingual:Proficiency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
    • Data Interest:Strong interest in data, including familiarity with Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, and experience with tracking codes and report generation.
    • CMS Experience:Experience with a content management system (CMS) and basic HTML skills (an asset).
    • Creativity and Independence:Proactive, creative, and open-minded, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Project Management:Capable of managing cross-functional projects and navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines.
