E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at RONA Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders, including processing, packing, and shipping.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize e-commerce processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- System Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our e-commerce systems, including order management, inventory management, and shipping integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, product development, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, finance, and/or fulfillment is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a virtual environment, strong computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
