We're seeking a skilled Digital Customer Experience & E-Commerce Advisor to join our team at RONA Inc. This role is crucial in driving our online customer journey, managing online-only programs, launching new brands, and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and management of all online-only programs.
  • Lead the online launch of new brands, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Develop and optimize promotional strategies, including dynamic coupons, value cues, and flyer integration.
  • Manage various content pages, including shop & brand pages, awareness pages, and operational pages.
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Support the marketing team in managing site monetization efforts and collaborating on new strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
  • Cross-functional experience and ability to lead directly and through influence.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Driven, self-starter attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
