Your Missions:
- Gather the necessary information from establishments to configure their Reservit software and provide them with appropriate training.
- Analyze the causes of incidents and propose solutions to the problems encountered.
- Ensure the follow-up of software installation, the online setup of establishments, and perform regular quality checks.
- Present hoteliers with market web trends and help them implement special offers to optimize the online sale of their establishment through Reservit software.
- Interact with web distributors and management partners such as , Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO, GDS, PMS, etc.
- Identify clients' needs and provide them with the corresponding procedures.
- 2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (internships, seasonal jobs, etc.) considered an asset.
- A strong interest in web technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and unwavering motivation.
Benefits:
- $75/month transportation contribution (ARTM, Bixi, Communauto).
- Flexibility with 2 days of remote work per week after training.
- Lump-sum amount offered for health insurance after 1 year of seniority.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
