As a member of the Customer Success organization, you will work cross functionally with our Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our customers are maximizing the value of Plotly and Dash Enterprise. As an early member of Plotly's Technical Account Management (TAM) team, you will help build and shape a major piece of our Customer Success strategy.

As our business grows and we support more and more customers, the TAM team will drive major changes in how we work with customers and how we use our customer data to develop successful, repeatable processes to maintain strong customer retention.

Core job responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and guide their usage of Plotly products
  • Take ownership of relationships with key customers – this includes enablement, implementation, user adoption, infrastructure needs, and more
  • Fill the gaps between product features and customer needs – through design advice, tool recommendations, hands-on coding, or whatever else is necessary
  • Drive customer retention and expansion by leading customers to successful, sustainable outcomes and demonstrating value to stakeholders at all levels
  • Advise customers on best practices, product capabilities, and product roadmap
  • Connect customers with important Plotly resources (e.g. support, product, services)
  • Develop and manage customer profiles and metrics
  • Work with our Product team to understand and address customer needs, pain points, and other feedback
Job requirements:
  • Prior experience in a technical customer facing role (Sales Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Sales etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and executive (including VP & C-level) stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data science, analytics and or software development workflows
  • Passion for data analytics and creativity in guiding customers to successful outcomes
  • Working knowledge of Python and willingness to learn Dash

Principales responsabilités du poste:
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux et guider leur utilisation des produits Plotly.
  • Prendre en charge les relations avec les clients clés - cela comprend l'habilitation, la mise en œuvre, l'adoption par les utilisateurs, les besoins d'infrastructure, etc.
  • Vous êtes en mesure de combler les lacunes entre les fonctionnalités des produits et les besoins des clients - par le biais de conseils en matière de conception, de recommandations d'outils, de codage pratique, ou de tout autre élément nécessaire.
  • Favoriser la fidélisation et l'expansion de la clientèle en menant les clients à des résultats fructueux et durables et en démontrant la valeur aux parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
  • Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures pratiques, les capacités du produit et la feuille de route du produit.
  • Mettre les clients en contact avec les ressources importantes de Plotly (par exemple, le support, les produits, les services).
  • Développer et gérer les profils et les mesures des clients
  • Travailler avec notre équipe de produits pour comprendre et répondre aux besoins des clients, aux points de douleur et aux autres commentaires.
Exigences du poste:
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle technique en contact avec les clients (Ingénierie commerciale, Support, Succès client, Ventes, etc.)
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer des priorités concurrentes au sein d'un portefeuille de clients.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Présence et confiance en soi dans la communication avec les parties prenantes techniques, commerciales et exécutives (y compris VP et C-level).
  • Forte compréhension de la science des données, de l'analyse et des flux de développement de logiciels
  • Passion pour l'analyse des données et créativité pour guider les clients vers des résultats fructueux
  • Connaissance pratique de Python et volonté d'apprendre Dash
