The role we are offering you:

Be the Leader of the Technical Support, providing support to CAE's simulation product civil customers worldwide

  • Focus on delighting our customers, deliver on critical items to support their operational needs, namely:
  • Turn around times for customer raised support tickets from in service products through the appropriate tools
  • Ensure releases of product loads and technical communications via Field Services Bulletin's (FSBs)
  • 2nd level support for the emergency response service (AOG Hotline)
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket Regional leaders balance priorities between warranty, backlog reduction and post warranty services
  • Drive the regionalization effort for technical support, leveraging the current AFMT footprint
  • Lead the shift towards digital services delivery
  • Establish processes and documentation standards in accordance with industry norms, safety legislation and best practices

Be a key contributor to the Aftermarket business growth

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed target customer NPS, cost and performance targets
  • Ensure that the immediate and extended teams have the required resources to meet current and future needs
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are implemented
  • Develop and implement consolidated Customer Support strategies for all companies acquired by CAE

  • Possess 812 years of leadership experience in Engineering, Customer Services, Program Management, or related field
  • Experience in Flight Simulation
  • Basic knowledge of Aircraft Systems
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Dedicated, highly organized and meticulous
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrate ability to effectively communication ideas and actions to people within the organization
  • Ability and compliant to travel occasionally
  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree, preferably Aerospace or Electrical engineering.
  • CAE employees must be able to meet the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and in certain cases, ITAR requirements.
  • In accordance with CAE's Epidemic/Pandemic vaccination policy, as the work to be performed occurs on a customer site where vaccination is required by the Government of Canada, there is a condition of employment to be fully vaccinated.
