Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of our commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors and Project Managers to schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries
  • Attend hand-off and autopsy meetings to ensure seamless project execution
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive material lists for projects
  • Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds, and insurances as required
  • Fill out warranties and send close-out packages to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
  • Completion of a Construction Management or similar diploma/certificate program
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience working in the roofing/construction industry is an asset
