Daily Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming each visitor Assist with a range of administrative duties, including document management Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are well-maintained Track inventory and manage office supply orders Professionally handle phone calls, including answering, forwarding, and screening Manage incoming mail and packages Schedule appointments for customers Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably in an automotive setting Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software Strong skills in document creation and proofreading for business communications Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
