Job Summary

The Sr. Manager - MOG Compliance creates and maintains processes that will enable Foodbuy to ensure that Managed Order Guides (MOG's) are adhered and that Sector targets are met and maintained. This will include analyzing the sectors' business needs, reviewing financial results, compliance management, managing and improving processes and more.

Now, if you were to come on board as our Sr. Manager - MOG Compliance, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to positively impact the business
  • Create and deliver monthly reporting on MOG compliance for all Sectors. Circulate the MOG KPI's through the monthly sector reviews and assist in providing the Sectors with directions on how to improve their MOG compliance to APL
  • Manage the MOG exceptions process
  • Find solutions to new Sector ingredient requirements
  • Manage monthly MOG changes
  • Develop a strong understanding of the commercial and operational needs of the business
  • Understand and utilize applicable change management practices
  • Understand and apply financial data to support business strategy and requirements
  • Creates documents to provide analysis to Sectors, and other internal stakeholders to proactively manage MOG compliance and develops strategies for improvement
  • Proactively connect and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Steward commercial process to drive compliance and accountability
  • Resolve issues and opportunities that have been escalated
  • Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes
  • Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 5 plus years' experience in foodservice, supply chain, manufacturing and/or category development executing defined projects, performing analytics and project management
  • Post-secondary education, degree or diploma, in a business-related field
  • Strong project and change management experience
  • Analytical and logical thinking ability as well as proven time management skill
  • Ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Confidence to present at multiple levels of the organization to communicate Foodbuy's strategy and financial results
