Security Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, audit, and manage the work of unionized employees to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify staff compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to establish and implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Promote safe work practices through regular safety audits, meetings, and one-on-one interactions with staff.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Investigate customer or shipper complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address safety concerns.
- Participate in the disciplinary process and grievance resolution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in secure transportation road operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Possession of a firearm license.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and judgment skills.
- Excellent teamwork and partnership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Critical thinking and active listening skills.
- Process-oriented approach.
