Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize Safety: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate, monitor, and optimize the performance of water treatment equipment, including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), micro/ultrafiltration (MF/UF), and boiler systems.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct Analytical Testing: Conduct analytical testing, including conductivity, pH, turbidity, and more, to ensure water quality meets customer specifications.
  • Manage Chemical Injection Systems: Manage chemical injection systems and maintain inventory for spare parts and chemicals.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Technical Reports: Maintain accurate records and provide customers with comprehensive technical reports.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with customer management and operational teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Meet Contract Specifications: Meet contract specifications related to volume and quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED or a technical certificate in water treatment equipment operation (e.g., RO/UF/MBR), Instrumentation, Controls, or programming is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant industrial service/maintenance experience.
  • Availability: Availability for emergency service calls as part of an equitable on-call schedule.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to secure and maintain access to assigned sites.
  • Driver's License: A valid Driver's License.
