Our client is a leading manufacturer of efficient and reliable material handling equipment such as forklifts. They are currently seeking a Business Development Representative capable of securing new B2B business opportunities.


This company provides equipment for material handling, offering sales and rentals of forklifts as well as maintenance and repair services.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing a client base in the assigned territory through cold calling (50 calls per day).

You will also manage a portfolio of existing clients (B2B) through a series of inbound calls. Additionally, you will be required to track orders in the system and provide quotations if necessary."

Responsibilities
Prospect, cold call, develop, negotiate, and close new agreements through a complete sales cycle.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, focusing on activity to ensure sales targets and objectives are met.
Familiarize oneself with market conditions, industry standards, and competitive norms.
Participate and collaborate with the sales team as part of the efforts to achieve the organization's business objectives.
Present product information to clients regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings.

Qualifications
Have at least 3 years of experience in cold calling and business development.
Have experience in managing B2B accounts.
Be interested in the manufacturing and distribution sector.
Be perfectly bilingual (English and French).
Possess the qualities of a go-getter, someone who is not afraid to take risks.
Have strong communication skills and be enthusiastic.

Summary

Saint-Laurent city but the position is 100% remote

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: 60k + commission
