Director, Outbound Sales

Clover is taking over From payments to point of sale software, Clover is the SMB platform that does it all. Our growth has become unparalleled, and we are further expanding our team and in search of a dynamic Sales Director who can help us OWN the assigned market ( ).

What does a great Sales Director do at Fiserv?

Your team will generate their own opportunities through assigned lead lists, networking, as well as in-market prospecting. Your team will have complete end-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle. You will be responsible for planning and executing an outbound sales and marketing strategy, as well as coaching and managing the day-to-day sales efforts of your team.

What you will do:

  • Onboard, train, develop and performance manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Plan, develop, and execute an effective outbound sales and marketing strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry insights and market trends.
  • Coach the team to meet and exceed the organizations sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually.
  • Help your team sell, propose, and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with ongoing coaching and consistent follow up.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience and a minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Experience in merchant services and/or POS SaaS is required
  • Post-Secondary Education
