Medical Sales Director

Clover is revolutionizing the way businesses process payments and manage point of sale software. As a dynamic and growing company, we're expanding our team and seeking a seasoned Sales Director to help us dominate the market.
Your team will be responsible for generating their own opportunities through lead lists, networking, and in-market prospecting. You'll have complete ownership of the sales cycle, from planning and executing an outbound sales strategy to coaching and managing your team's day-to-day efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard, train, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Plan and execute an effective outbound sales and marketing strategy
- Provide thought leadership on industry insights and market trends
- Coach your team to meet and exceed sales revenue targets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Minimum 5 years sales experience and 2 years management experience
- Experience in merchant services and/or POS SaaS is required
- Post-Secondary Education
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
