Become a Key Player in Our Sales Team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative

We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our sales force. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new qualified sales leads for our Account Executives. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who possess a strong passion for sales, are highly driven, and are eager to grow their careers within Datarails.

  • Engage in proactive outreach efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to create new sales leads.
  • Assess incoming leads and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and improve outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Resilient with a positive mindset and a strong drive to meet objectives.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
