Job Title: Digital Asset Lending Director

Secure Digital Markets is seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Lending Director to join our team. As a key member of our lending business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a lending product development strategy, working with the lending team to support the end-to-end origination and risk management process, and building out the lending business with a focus on risk management framework, technology, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a lending product development strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Work with the lending team to support the end-to-end origination and risk management process, including determining product structures, negotiating commercial terms, identifying risks, and mitigating them
  • Build out the lending business with a focus on risk management framework, technology, and infrastructure
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction
  • Provide competitive quotes to and execute trades with OTC clients and LPs
  • Ensure strict adherence to trading limits while executing trades
  • Assist other internal service partners with post-trade analysis and risk management tasks
  • Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments
Requirements:
  • 1+ year experience in cryptocurrency lending business
  • 3+ years of lending experience in any asset class
  • Understanding of digital assets, distributed ledgers, blockchain technologies, and crypto more broadly
  • Understanding of existing and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space
  • Degree in Math/Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent
