Summary: Digital Asset Lending Director

Lead the development of a lending product strategy, manage risk, and drive growth in the digital asset lending business.

We cater to institutional money looking for a way into the digital asset space, offering custom solutions to fit their business needs.

As one of the first electronic, off-exchange digital asset liquidity providers in North America, we operate through an electronic communication network (ECN), offering deep liquidity to our clients with around-the-clock service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an effective lending product development strategy
  • Work with the Lending team to support the end-to-end origination and risk management process
  • Build out the lending business, focusing on risk management framework, technology, and infrastructure
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high service standards
  • Provide competitive quotes and execute trades with OTC clients and LPs
  • Ensure strict adherence to trading limits while executing trades
  • Assist internal service partners with post-trade analysis and risk management tasks
  • Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience in cryptocurrency lending business
  • 3+ years of lending experience in any asset class
  • Understanding of digital assets, distributed ledgers, blockchain technologies, and crypto
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency and digital assets space
  • Degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
