About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at OpTalent | Ontario | Recruitment. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nova Scotia region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
