We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations service, you will perform and support a variety of operational and strategic functions necessary for the safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.

About the Role

  • Perform and support operational and strategic functions necessary for the safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement of supply chain operations.
  • Report to the Manager, Contract Management and maintain data required to operate supply chain systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide excellent customer service to provincial stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
  • Regularly resolve highly variable issues from routine to complex, using critical thinking and judgment to create positive outcomes that directly impact clinical operations.
  • Maintain a high degree of technical understanding of the workings of our systems and promote the use of technology to provide solutions and improve efficiency throughout the contract management lifecycle.
  • Produce data documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support the learning of others related to the contract management lifecycle.

About You

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science required.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Supply Chain, or Contract Management required.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Proven technological proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and other cloud-based technologies an asset.
  • Experience consistently displaying professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, quickly, and accurately.
