About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise in managing and analyzing data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in supply chain analysis and a proven track record of working with large volumes of complex information. Your experience in project management and leadership will be essential in driving performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze data to support decision making and monitor performance of the service
  • Provide leadership to analyst teams and work closely with the Supply Chain Management team
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to drive performance across the business
  • Manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Supervise staff and coach to achieve high levels of performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in business, science or engineering, or other fields relevant to the duties performed
  • Minimum Three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information
  • Project management certification an asset
  • Lean certification an asset
  • Experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
